Shakeology Cleanse

SHAKEOLOGY 3-DAY CLEANSE PLAN

How do you participate in the Shakeology cleanse? 
*Note: Shakeology cleanse is a method of using Shakeology. Not a separate product.

First you need your shakeology, which you can get from shakeology.com/maggielouise.

The Shake Cleanse is to help jump start your fitness, break that dreaded plateau or shred pounds quickly & effectively in a healthy way.

The BASICS:
3 SHAKEOLOGY Shakes a day with water
2 Cups of Green Tea a Day
1 or 2 pieces of fruit a day
1 healthy salad for dinner
Only white grilled protein in salad (Chicken or Fish)

Things to stay away from during the cleanse:  (It is only 3 days, you can do it!)
* DAIRY (Soy, Almond and Rice Milk Included)
* SUGARS

* Use only Low or NO Fat Dressings.

REPEAT the below plan for all 3 Days

1 cup of green tea  (if you just don’t like green tea, skip it and drink water. No coffee is best because coffee creates an acidic environment)

BREAKFAST:
1 Scoop Shakeology mixed with 10 oz or more of water and ice. I prefer to use a blender.

SNACK:  (85-90 calories)
1 piece of fruit  (I use seasonal fruit.. an apple or banana. 1/2-1 cup berries, melon. For example.

LUNCH:
1 Scoop Shakeology mixed same as for Breakfast

1 cup of green tea

SNACK:  (This snack can be before or after dinner)
1 Scoop Shakeology mixed same as for Breakfast/Lunch.

DINNER:
Salad of 2-3 cups of greens, lowfat dressing. Or..I have also used steamed green beans.
Grilled white fish or poultry, about 3-4 oz. Think the size of a deck of cards!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST:  Drink a lot of Water, throughout the day.
